New England Masters Skiing Board of Directors

Racers are encouraged to approach Board members with their ideas or questions regarding Masters racing.

New England Masters Skiing, Inc., is a non-profit corporation in the State of Vermont.  The Board of Directors consists of active Masters racers who volunteer their services.  The Board applies a great deal of energy, thought, and discussion to determining and pursuing the mission, goals and objectives of NE Masters Sking. The Board holds regular meetings twice annually in the Fall and Spring.

Each Board member serves as the Race Coordinator for two or three races each season.  The Race Coordinator works with the race organizers at the ski area to facilitate a well-run race.  The Coordinator is the official Referee of the race, arriving at the mountain early to assist in setting the course, and approving the safety of the course and safety equipment.  He is on the race Jury, which resolves any issues or disputes.  The Coordinator (or any Board member) is available as a liason between the racers and the race organizers.   The name of each race Coordinator will be listed in the Race Schedule on this web site.
