2008 Skiers Edge Eastern Regional Masters Championships

Whiteface Mountain, NY, March 6-9, 2008

After a hiatus of over 15 years, the Eastern Regionals will be returning to Whiteface Mountain for 2008. There will no shortage of challenge on the world class venues, which will be on display for the NorAm Finals the following week, although multiple start and finish options guarantee "masters friendly" terrain and lengths. All events will take place on the undulating Draper's Drop, including the super G, which will start on Thruway. For special "perks," two super G races are on the schedule with the first to count as the Championship race, and a dual slalom will once again follow the championship race.

            Separate entries for each race should be postmarked by Feb.28 along with proper payment in check or credit card.

            The event will feature the usual array of post-race social events in Lake Placid and a bountiful awards table, as well as the opportunity to ride the bobsled, see an ice show, or simply take in the sights at this two-time Olympic village.
